Roadhaugs executed moving my 1928 Steinway M series for the second time. Mine… was a tricky move and Shannon and Chris did a fantastic job organizing the move. The actual move itself was even more impressive — timely, quick, high quality process. The wrapping to protect my piano was substantial and beyond my expectation. I am storing the piano temporarily while I complete a delayed renovation due to Covid-19 constraints. Even though it might be a little more expensive , I would not hesitate to hire Roadhaugs to drive the 250 miles to reassemble my piano. My confidence in their expertise is that high.read more

From start to finish our move with Road Haugs was a fantastic experience. They… were easy to schedule and pricing was straight forward. The movers showed up on time and we’re incredibly friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job making sure our furniture was wrapped and safety packed in the truck. We even had a very heavy treadmill they moved down a set of stairs to get to the truck for us. We didn’t have a single item damaged and they took great care to not damage any walls or doors in the process. We had scheduled a move with 4 movers a month in advance…. The other company backed out 1 hour before they were supposed to show up, called road haugs, they had a crew for the next morning, showed up on time, guys were great, set up was easy, they put some furniture together, loaded and unloaded everything! I am very impressed as was my wife(which is hard to do!!). Thanks to them, we are headed to closing on time and they managed to pack everything and made it fit!!! Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone

Oh my! This crew was the most incredible piano moving experience I could have asked for. The guys were fast, extremely careful, and friendly. It was almost as if they were doing piano removing Ninja! I had planned to pack up my 1-bedroom apartment and have Road Haugs move my furniture and packed boxes to my new apartment. unfortunately, I was hit with a bad case of sciatica and, at the last minute, asked them to pack up for me too. Joe, Zach, and Matt showed up right on time with pleasant attitudes and immediately got to work after introducing themselves. All three worked hard and met any request with a smile and a “no problem” reply. They packed up the entire place, stopped to drop off some junk, drove to the new place, brought the furniture up and placed it, assembled the bed, and stacked the boxes. Signed, sealed, and delivered in 6.5 hours of steady work with a couple of 5 minute breaks. Shannon answered every question I had prior to the move and after the move. I doubt there is a more pleasant and hard working team for moving. As far as price, it was reasonable for the amount of work done. I paid an hourly rate and box costs which included packing. I saved money because I had the original TV boxes. If you want a good economical move, pack your own boxes first. But either way, you can’t go wrong with the team at Road Haugs. I’m very happy with my move. Thanks Joe, Zach, Matt, and Shannon!

I was in a bind. A week before the end of the month I finally got a closing date on my new home. That was date was set one day before the end of the month and I needed to be out on the first. That meant I had a two day window to move and less than a week to find movers. With so little time, I called around and everyone was booked. Road Haugs saved me. They were able to fit me in and did so with great customer service and great people. I am so glad I found them. Now, I hope I don’t move for a long time. But if I do, I will be calling Road Haugs to move me.

We were moving a whole house and this was our first time using professional movers. From start to finish the whole experience with this team was great. Russell and Shannon made scheduling smooth, estimate was very accurate, communication was clear, and they addressed all of our questions. The moving team was on-time, courteous and professional. They worked hard and quickly, didn’t waste any time while at either property, and the final move time was an hour less than the quote. Additional expenses for special items had been described before-hand (tv boxes, etc.) so there were no surprises and the final cost was well under the quote which we appreciated.For our first move like this, we were very thankful for how stress-free and easy this team made it for us and we cannot recommend them enough.

We had Road Haugs booked for a local move. I confirmed in the week prior that everything was set but day of the move the crew called and completely cancelled on us. We were scheduled for a morning move, the crew called and asked if we could do afternoon instead, we agreed because we understand things happen and then they never showed. We had to call them for an answer and it was basically, “sorry can’t come.” They did have some management call and apologize but that does little to rectify the situation when you are planning completely around movers. We did a ton of research and sad to say the reviews did not add up to the level of service we received.

Road Haugs rocks! Their professionalism, carefulness, promptness and friendliness are unmatched. They moved my family out, stored our goods and then delivered them to our new home. Nothing arrived broken or unaccounted for. No stronger team exists. Heavy furniture and large cement planters up and down stairs. Nothing was too heavy or cumbersome to move. I don’t know how they did it! Shannon in the office runs things like a Swiss watch. We were so fortunate to have them in charge. No need to shop around. Road Haugs is the best!
